Her professional experience has included appointments as research fellow at the London South Bank University and as instructor at the Middle East Technical University. She has worked on research projects in the United Kingdom for NHS Estates (Department of Health) on color design in hospitals and EPSRC/DTLR LINK (Department of Transport, Local Government and the Regions) on color, visual impairment, and transport environments.
