Almost anywhere that a character style can be selected, a new character style can be created. APPLYING CHARACTER STYLES To apply a character style, select the text you want to style and click the name of the desired style in the Character Styles panel or click the Character Style button in the Control panel (in character mode) and choose the desired style from the menu.
